Getting codes out of the blue

Getting throttle position sensor “A” and “B” circuit low. Causing the car to run like shit, goes into limp mode and stalls.
P0122 & P0222 pulled from the nGuage.
Running whipple gen 3, stage 2 with BAP.
I’m 99% sure this is a wiring issue with the BAP (JMS powerMAX) and the pedal.
Any suggestions?

Not a pedal max. It’s a boost a pump, required by Lund or they wouldn’t tune it.

I've had this several times.

Check the pigtail connection between the BAP and gas pedal. Unplug it, make sure all the pins are straight and all the way in, clean it out with some compressed air or contact cleaner, plug it all back in make sure its all tight and the locking things locked.

Glad to hear I’m not the only one! Had this issue with my install... checked it all out, pins, connections... everything pinned out with volt meter. Just strange.

Ok so I’ve unhooked all the BAP wiring and still running like shit. This is concerning... maybe a bad pedal???
Any help would be appreciated, not sure how to test that without buying a new one.

I'm not sure how you could test it but if I were you I would replace the pedal.

I let it sit overnight because service engine light and codes wouldn’t clear. After sitting , it started and ran fine. Errrr so now I’m back to thinking it’s directly related to the BAP wiring.
Should have demanded a new one when this happened the first day.

Someone with more knowledge will chime in, but I think you'll be fine for the time being. I believe Lund requires you to have a BAP for safety reasons. Their tunes are suppose to be safe and I think the BAP is just one more safety measure. I run a Gen 3 stage 2 Whipple with the 72lb injectors and no BAP on the Whipple tune. I don't think Lund would tune that much more aggressively with pump gas than Whipple. So I think you're fine until you resolve issues with the BAP. Like I said, someone with more experience will chime in. Take care

No BAP + WOT = risk of lean, buckle ring land, other lean damage, det, etc.
Stay in your tuners guidelines.

Im trying to find out if I can buy just the Y splitter wire from JMS.

So I just installed a new splitter at the pedal and ran the new wire to the trunk. Seems to have fixed the issue (fingers crossed)
JMS and lethal performance took great care of me on this! Could have asked for better customer service.
Is there any way to monitor this BAP thru an nGauge?
