Hello guys,

I bought my 2015 V6 Mustang 6 months ago and have already put 7k miles on it, and it currently has 31900 miles. It is also a certified vehicle. I was obsessed with the little shake on cold starts and small kicks at idle at stoplights but after I read this topic, I’ll assume it’s just normal and I’ll ignore it: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56308

So I want to have a muffler delete and install resonator tips after watched these 2 youtube videos: [ame]

But because I’ll be voiding my warranty, which will also expire on 36,000 miles and will continue as only powertrain warranty till 100,000 miles, I’m thinking about having my car checked generally, but also I’m new to the US and I don’t know how things go in here, so should I bring the car to a Ford dealer for general check-up under warranty, even though I don’t have any issues now? or should I just do the muffler delete and install resonator tips right away?

Thank you guys

If you bring it to a dealer you may end up paying a little to much for a recommended oil ,air filter and cabin filter replacement. The car is still young 3.7s are very reliable. Check to see if has had the throttle body replaced under the recall.

Changing exhaust from cats back will not ruin your warranty.

So then I rather go to the place(BrakesPlus) where I change my oil to change the air, fuel and cabin filters when I go to there next time for oil change. And I'll also go ahead and call the Ford and will find out about the throttle body recall, and then will have my muffler deleted right away. Thank you very much guys
