Hello everyone 
New member here with 2016 5,0 V8 Mustang Automatic.
I drive my Mustang for three years now on a daily basis, even in winter time which sometimes is quite challenging in my country
I absolutely adore my car but as most probably will agree, after some time you start to feel lack of power 
As you probably already understood, I installed Whipple supercharger, Gen 4, Stage 2.
We finished our work just last Friday.
Looks like everything runs smoothly except 3rd to 4th gear shifting on automatic.
When upshifting from 3rd to 4th gear transmission acts strangely.
It pauses for some time, starts to struggle at 2000 RPM, then upshifts, sometimes roughly.
Same on manual shift and on D.
Today, I visited a Ford dealer and complained about the gear shift problem.
They test drove the car and confirmed that 4th gear doesn't shift correctly. It squeezes and shifts only after reduced acceleration.
They performed some solenoid program update, but it did not help.
To be honest it made it worse..
I attach some videos to check:
I have a ticket at Whipple, but maybe somebody else has encountered the same problem?
I also would like to ask regarding Whipple support.
How often do they reply, when I can assume my ticket is thrown out?
During the installation process I asked a few simple questions, regarding pipes etc., and they replied on the same day.
But now I have not heard from them for a few days.
