Gauge Light Upgrade for base models?

Does anyone know if there will ever be a gauge light upgrade for the newer base model mustangs? For us who didn't want to pay the premium it would be nice. From my understanding it would include some sort of reflash for the display and led lights that would need to be installed. Just for gauges.

I don't see how its not possible. Perhaps in the future aftermarket. Worst case you would need to order some parts for lighting, and replace a part for the dashes computer if ford was cheap about letting you do a reflash update. Just would be nice to change the lights for the gauges.

I would bet the LEDs are soldered to the main board of the cluster. I'd say there's a decent chance they're already there but the feature just need to be turned on.

What about mirror projection lights, Anybody open one of those yet from the base models? I saw that there is a hole, where the projector light should be on the side mirrors
