Done, £144.66 for 2 years. Ford wanted around £500 for the same thing and this way, if I smash it through a wall or some ninny ploughs into me and writes off the car, I'll get a 2018 lol.

Yes, 2 types. Make sure you got the right one for you. One gets you back what you paid at the time, the other gets you a brand new car at the equivalent spec today.

If you insure through a decent company it will cover vehicle replacement new for old. I'm with NFU and they cover the first two years with complete replacement and it only cost £200 in addition to my BMW.

I got 20% off the GAP insurance from Ford so £415 for 4 years cover
