Galaxy S8 - Android 7.0 - Sync 3 issues

SOLVED.
So as the title says I just recently purchased a new Galaxy S8. It is running Android 7.0. I have tried to sync the phone to my car and sync is not finding my device even with Bluetooth on and Bluetooth discovery on. I believe that this is probably most likely an Android 7.0 issue and Sync 3 has not been updated to work with Android 7.0. It worked fine with my Galaxy S5 and Androids 6.1. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

during pairing android will ask if you want to grant access to sync, hit allow twice

S7 edge with android 7.0 and sync3 2.2. No issues. Which version of sync3 do you have?
