Interested in this.

Does this comes with the necessary bolts/nuts/screws? So is this some kind of GT350 replica or a custom design? I'm confused by what was written on the paper in the photo. Also are there any references pictures for what this looks like on a regular GT? I really need to see how far out this goes...
