After nearly 6 months of excellent ownership, I have decided to sell the Shelby for a Porsche GT3. I custom ordered this car after my 2017 GT350 was bought back by Ford and I intended to wait longer before switching cars but I've decided to go ahead and pull the trigger. Please see the link below to all pictures on Cargurus.com

https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/inven...ectedEntity=d2303&zip=77055#listing=252398011

This loaded Magnetic Metallic (Gray) 2019 GT350 is in like new condition and is optioned with the electronics package, exposed carbon fiber trim and leather trimmed (heated/cooled) sports seats. The electronics package includes blind spot monitoring, navigation and the Bang & Olufsen premium sound system. The car has never been damaged and has been treated with excellent care. I requested that the dealership leave all protective plastic on the car and not wash or drive it so that I could professionally decontaminate and then add a protective coating to the paint and avoid any potential abuse. The oil has only been changed at my local authorized Ford dealership. The factory 3 year/36,000 mile warranty from delivery date (04/10/19) automatically transfers to the new owner. The car has never been modified or tracked. I recently replaced the factory Michelin Cup 2 (racing) tires with Michelin Pilot Super sport tires because the car is exclusively driven on the street. The original MSRP is $64,530. All accessories are included in sale: Both keys, both floor mats, owners manual and Shelby Owner's supplement. Miles will continue to accumulate until the car is sold. This is my second GT350 and I throughly enjoy the car but I am a car enthusiast and am selling to upgrade to a different sports car. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

are you including the original Cup2's? Just an FYI.. these are not the same Cup 2's that you find on the R model. They are actually equal to or better than the MPSS that came with the the 2016-18 model... They were also tuned to work with the suspension tweaks on the 19.

Better on the track, but not necessarily better on the road. The OP uses this car mainly on the road, so PSS or P4S will be better for longevity and rain.

Thanks “I am Jeff”!

I’m already reducing the price for a very quick sale. Now $55,000
I’m feeling impatient and am tempted to just trade it in because the numbers are so close.

If Tx offers you tax savings from the trade, I wouldn't even bother dealing with a private sale. Here are some scenarios for you to consider.

6% sales tax
52k trade
You will need 55,120 just to break even

7% sales tax
52k trade
You will need 55640 just to break even.

I know your car is definitely worth more than 52k because I received 52k for my 18 GT350 last month.

OP,

I have to ask, what are you looking at to replace the GT350?

Oops. Never mind. I see now a GT3. Can't argue with that choice.

The GT350's are truly incredible, the car continues to amaze me but it's a difficult car to upgrade from. There are plenty of faster cars out there but I could go on and on about how buttoned down the suspension is, the brakes, steering feel, shifter feel and how the engine revs. The GT3 is the only real enthusiast upgrade out there IMO. Maybe a C8 for track work but I think some of the intangible attributes would be lost by going to a corvette based on my experience with C7's and C7 Z06's.

I couldn't agree more. GLWS!

The car was just picked up by the buyer's transport company. If anyone is still interested in buying, it was sold to a dealer in the Dallas Texas area so you may be able to buy it from them

Nice car. About to order a 2020 Heritage Edition. Any advice on the standard Recaro seats vs the Leather Trimmed ones you had on yours?

Thanks!

I had the leather trimmed seats on the 2017 and chose them again on the 2019. On the 17 I was torn on which ones to go with but after having them, there was no question I wanted them on the 19. I tracked the 17 a few times and they held me in just fine with the Alcantara/cloth(style) material inserts and better than expected bolstering. They’re also some of the most comfortable seats in any car I’ve experienced so I’m a big “sofa seat” supporter haha. The recaros are ascetically more aggressive looking and may hold you in a little better but for my use, I had no regrets at all.

Thanks for the input--leaning in that direction--especially for long day trips. But the Recaros looked better. :) And have fun with the GT3--that is next on my list as well...got to get this start up off the ground. All the best.
