Try shipnex.com.. I shipped 22 in rims and tires last week unboxed from VA to upstate NY fro 163.00 Each tire/rim weighed 78 lbs

they use UPS and pass on their discount to you.. no hidden costs or set up fees

It was 163.00 fro the entire shipment and UPS picked up all 4 rims and tires... hope this helps
