You need to get that cross caster under control. 7.3 to 6.8 would be enough for a pull under hard braking. Not acceptable for me on my alignments.
Caster isn't adjustable on factory hardware correct?

My caster is actually well within spec. The side that is rubbing more is the passanger side @6.8 .

You're within spec. But you are out of spec given the values are different on each side by a half degree. Cross caster is pretty substantial when you consider alignment has to be even. It's no different than having half a degree of camber more on one side. Not correct.

I would pickup a set of maximum motorsports plates to get it square

Paul I'd love to see the alignment sheets from some of your customers with my similar setup. Hard to believe I'm the only one with this issue. Lots are much lower than me as well .
I can ask them for it if they have it, most members that have used these I used the 285/325 no issues on the applications and even as wide as a 295 upfront with the R888 no reports of rubbings.

Ill put the word out and see if I can get any alignment copies.

Would someone be able to tell me if it's worth it putting on castor plates up front? I got them thinking I needed them but now not so sure.

No need unless your going for a extreme oem setup after a hard drop.

Thinking of these same M350 wheels 19x10 ET40 squared with 275/40 tires.

Will the tall sidewall cause this set up to rub?! On stock PP suspension. Now I'm not so sure after reading through this thread...
