Thers a 1/4 -1/2 gap between the spring end and lower seat.....3rd party installer. New Ford seats.
Could it cause mild clunking on stepped pavement?
Have triple checked torque on newer Ford Performance control arms , tie rod ends, end links, calipers, sway bar mounts, and strut mounting points.
SOLVED: had it on the lift, swapped in brand new take off Ford Strut assy got for $65 and all noises gone. The brand new 60 days old Ford strut bearing on the Koni assy is shot as we're the new OE end links all from overzealous impact wielding tech. They will redo it with new bearing and hand torque hopefully the Koni struts have not been spun with impact.
