Is it possible to get a one with an flat black aluminum finish? Haven't seen any. I'm not crazy about the Carbon Fiber.

I'm afraid that anything that connects to the bumper that IF I hit a bump or something that causes the splitter to flex that it would crack and destroy my bumper.

You guys are crazy for hanging real carbon fiber stuff so low to the ground. I have the Steeda splitter and its bottom edge is all scraped up from my steep driveway. I was kinda upset the first few times it scraped but now I don't even flinch when it happens. If it was a real cf splitter I would definitely be upset.

Can you attach support rods to the Steeda one?

I'm sure its just a matter of drilling a few holes into the steeda splitter.
