Front Bumper with Tow hook?

Slight damage to original front bumper cover and looking to purchase a new OEM Ford bumper cover. Car is 2016 Mustang GT. Looking at part numbers it shows with tow hook or without. pretty certain my car doesn't have a tow hook, which cars came with this?
