I'm thinking about lowering my 2018 GT about 1" soon. A set of Progressives seems in order for my daily driver.
I wanted to do it last year, but my money got sidetracked. Anyway, as I peruse the various websites, I see everyone seems to really like the Ford Performance FR3 Shock and Strut kit with their own set of springs installed. The FR3 kit comes with bump stops, new dust covers, and a strut mounting plates.
A set of Steeda Pro Action Shocks are almost the same price as a whole FR3 kit. Are they really that much better?
Do the FR3 Strut Plates have camber built in for lowering springs? If not, wouldn't need a set of camber plates?
Also, what about the need for toe links, and how to adjust rear camber?
