I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this / but just to give a little info, I'm logged in on an iPhone 6, using Safari with the most recent iOS update 8.1.3.
When I click on the Forum Jump found at the bottom of the forum page (to go into another forum) the selections pop up - but almost immediately disappear within a second or two.
It happens so fast that I cannot even use the pop up scroll with Forum selections to click onto another forum.

I've tried it multiple times, it pops up then disappears.
