I am wanting to buy a forscan compatible device, can you guys tell me what you use?

Would this work?- its 29 dollars. i want plug and play, but keep getting mixed answers via google saying some will work others wont etc. So post what you are using or whether this will 100% work or not to change stuff on our 15+ mustangs.
