Paul, it would be helpful to provide load ratings for guys here thinking about moderate track time or particularly using these with R comp tires like Hoosier R7's. Not all the monoblock line such as the AR1's are rated for heavy track use or high loads from tires like R7's. Anything from the competition monoblock have the 2100lb load rating along with the GA1R series but others are not, correct?

That info may drive decisions on the which Forgeline wheel is best suited for their intended use.

Thanks @cjgt

I would certainly be looking for some track time on whatever wheels I pick up. 5-10 sessions a year. I suppose I could always throw the OEM wheels back on for that type of duty though.

No worries but get the best of both (albeit options are more limited) with a great looking lightweight wheel rated for the track. Right at 40lbs of rotational mass reduction is very noticeable especially on the track.

Any recommendations?

And yes they can take abuse....this guy still finished the race...no loss of air pressure. Extreme example but drives the point home....a spun forged wheel would have shattered.

Sorry for the delay guys, we were super busy yesterday had some new toys come into the shop so we had our hands full.
cjgt350 you are completely correct not all wheels are dedicated for extreme usage on the track, we however custom cater every client to ensure that they get everything exactly to what their demands are. We can of course obtain load ratings but they vary for every width, offset, diameter and model wheel.

That being said for extreme track usage I highly recommend the GA1R open Lug and the VX1R models as they are the lightest models with extreme usage in mind.

With the amount of brake dust these things put off both of those would be rough to clean.
