Interesting choice to go with CL wheels.
Even P car owners are not fans of it. What made you choose these over 5 lugs?
If anything, I dont think we will see his car on blocks. Hard to steal and even harder to sell such a unique wheel design.

Looks great. I'm digging the CL, even though they lose some of the concave look due to the higher offset of the CL mounting adapter.

Edit - they look a little like the wheels on the Ford GT racecar.

It's not my car.. I don't know why he did. Forgeline posted it on fb. I don't care for centerlocks as stated above. Just posting as its one of only a couple of legit forged wheels I've seen on a 350.

Cool to see something different. Not a fan at that price point though.. The center locks kill the wheels too.
If you want a quality forged wheel you'll be paying for it. Personally see no use swapping the stockers out for anything less than a high end wheel.

Hmm I just checked price they seem a bit excessive for forged one piece wheel.

Im too old to buy overly expensive wheels they will still bend on NYC roads

A few people here have ordered those wheels but after months none of them have posted any pics. I love Forgeline's offerings, but honesty expected this wheel to look better.

While it's the same wheel the open lug version will look quite a bit different then the centerlock conversion model.

I'm so used to seeing Shelby's with black wheels, that any other wheels just doesn't look right.
I agree with you but those wheels might look better on a lighter colored car.

I like the look of the GA1R's better than the factory wheels but to say it's a knockout is pushing it. As far as price is concerned, ForgeStar is about as much as I'm willing to go right now and I still have to give it some time before I'm willing to plop down the money

And you'd not be getting a true forged wheel.

Not something I'm will to gamble on especially on a heavier car.

You wont find many (if any) one piece forged options in this size for less than a grand a piece. 1.5k/wheel is pretty close to what others are doing as well
