Were you able to come up with a fix for the boots Without a fix, is t it just a matter of time before they let go? I guess I’ll find out what’s happening in that area once I install mine.
No fix for my car. It really only does it at certain points in the suspension travel like when it’s unloaded . Its been like this for at least four years and I haven’t had a break through a boot yet.

Today I pulled the factory Bullitt half shafts from my car, in preparation for installing Ford Performance half shafts andI confirmed that the factory half shaft boots are larger. Awaiting wheel studs to complete this install and get the car back on the road.

Any issues popping the old axles out?
No issues at all popping rhe factory ones out. No pry tools were needed, I just pushed them all the way in and gave a quick tug and they popped right out.
