Will dealer installed tune/intake manifold void a extended warranty on our 2015 GT?
TLDR: A Ford Performance tune/intake will void any warranty repairs that Ford determines were effected by the tune on a car more than 3 years old.

And here's why (emphasis mine):
Directly from the Ford Perf Warranty :
This Performance Packs and Components Limited Warranty begins upon installation and registration of the part(s) with Ford Performance and remains in effect for the balance of 36 months or 36,000 miles / 60,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, calculated from the start date of the manufacturer's New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
So, based on the above, there is no Ford Performance warranty on the parts or related systems for a 2015.

And, quoting from my Ford ESP warranty documents:
7. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT: Unless stated
otherwise (see STATE SPECIFIC provisions for additional exclusions
or changes) the following are excluded from coverage:
b) Repairs to any engine, transmission and final drive components
for damages caused by an after-market (non-factory installed)
part including but not limited to: turbocharger, supercharger,
Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Liquid Propane Gas (LPG),
Nitrous Oxide fuel system modification or any other performance
enhancing powertrain components including but not limited to
racing parts or accessories;
e) Failures caused by: (1) alterations or modifications of the Vehicle,
including the body, chassis, or electronic components, after the
Vehicle leaves the control of the manufacturer (2) any part
designated for “off road only’’ that is not installed by the
manufacturer, including, but not limited to, lift kits, oversized
tires, roll bars, and performance enhancing powertrain
components; (3) tampering with the Vehicle or the emissions
system and components; (4) installation or use of any mechanical
or electrical part not approved, certified or authorized by the
Vehicle’s manufacturer or any Failure caused by after-market
(non-factory approved) PCM reprogramming;

So, there's no Ford performance warranty on a 8 year old car, and if Ford determines that the intake or tune were related to any failure, that failure is not covered under the ESP.

I'm talking about the new vehicle warranty that you void with aftermarket computer reflashing, you lose your powertrain warranty with a computer reflash unless you stay with Ford Motorsports..... amazing I need to even explain this.... why don't you quote the part where Ford tells you your vehicle warranty is not voided with the power pack two

First off Ford Performance warrants the car, not Ford. It says so...."Ford Performance Warranty". This Ford Performance warranty is only valid from the in service date of when the car was new. If the car is already 8 yrs. old, there is no such warranty.

Completely agree... Ford is warranting their product, their software and Powertrain ,not some douchebag that answered the phone when you were at the drag strip, technician sees everything even if you put the factory software back in and then ask the dealer to warranty it.... it's going to be a big fat no from the dealer.

If the warranty is voided depends on what part breaks. For example, if you install a CAI then the warranty on the differential isn’t effected (obviously). On the other hand, if you install a CAI and the motor blows it depends. They would have to prove that the CAI was the cause of the failure, like if it makes the engine run leaner for example. At the same note if you have the Ford Performance one installed at the dealer it’s a no brainer vs an aftermarket one you do in your garage could be a fight to get your car covered. Depends on a lot of factors.
