Hi, sry. These are only STL Files to print with a 3D Printer. You can buy the file and a 3D print service can print it for you. To get the chrome effect, the horse must be sanded and painted with mirror finish. The print itself is not that expensive. Unfortunately, I don't know what mirroring costs.
tip: if you find a service with SLA printers, ask if they have clear resin. Then it looks like glass.
