Great photos, thanks for sharing. Some really fantastic cars there

Any shots of the last Capri ever built? The Brooklands 280 is usually part of that collection, unless it was out on loan.

:)

Great day out. Very nostalgic - Ford have made some brilliant cars (and vans) over the years. Big thank you to Karen's and all the Ford team. :clap2::clap2: The new Ford GT looks awesome.:D

Agreed. Many thanks to Ford & the girls for the invite. Son-in-law & I thouroughly enjoyed the visit this morning. So many cars from my youth bringing back happy memories.
We particularly took to the 1937 Y type.... fantastic machine!

Bit a jaunt for us from Oxfordshire but well worth it. Cheers

Good afternoon out, nice to meet a few people and thanks to the Ford team for organising!

RS200s make any event worthwhile  Had a sit in one, plus a few others from my childhood - excellent!

Not long been back. I seemed to be the only Mustang in the Sunday morning session. Early start for me - 5.30am! 3hrs down from Wolverhampton, got to McDonald's just after 8.30 for a coffee then the short trip down to the shed.

No sign of one A. Barratt Esq. unfortunately, so no chance to ask about underseal and do my usual pestering job on the GT350.

Had a great 3hrs, some fantastic/unusual cars there - 4x4 3.0L Capri! - but if there was only one I could have taken home it would have been the new GT. It was bloody gorgeous! Yes, the Mk1 GT40 was the most valuable (ÂŁ5-6 million!) but for a machine to actually drive the new car has got to be the one to have.

Anyway, here's a few pictures;

I was there yesterday, had an amazing day. A shame we ran out of time, could have spent another hour at least there!!

Thanks so much to Ford & the Ford UK marketing team for a fantastic day, it was a real privilege to visit such an exclusive collection of fantastic cars.

Looking forward to the next owners event now ;)

Was there Saturday afternoon. Was nice to see FEV 1H again; have seen this car many times over the years, the first time was the start of the 1970 World City Rally (which it went on to win) at the old Wembley Stadium.

The visit brought back memories of how a metal box on four wheels with half a dozen switches used to so impress us.

Very enjoyable afternoon.

Thank you to Andy for setting the ball rolling for getting this opportunity organised, the lovely girls Karen and Stacey (was really nice meeting you both) for sending out the invites and a little mention to Colin and Dave (these were the guys that took my brother-in-law out around Dunton :) ) who work at the heritage centre for a good catch up.

The pic I took of Andy's old mustang and the white Ford GT together really brought back some good memories and seeing them both sitting there, I just had to occupy myself with an interior of an RS200 to compose myself.
