Ford configurator errors ... but dealer solved it

After buying a MY 2016 GT manual in orange, with black roof, black strippes, black wheels and black mirrors, as it was possible at the dealer using the Ford configurator, 3 weeks later they thell me that all was wrong done, that this combination is not available for EU, it seems to be an error in the configurator tool that allowed us to place the error, but since it was not my fault, the dealer will paint all the black parts mentiones at no cost and put for free the black wheels.

Whell, this is what I call very good customer service !!!

Instead to blaming the customer, they resolve the issue at no cost.

I hope it goes the same way for the next 5 years / 200.000 km warranty extension I have bought !

Yeah that error is very common.
I have to pay for those black GT rims.

But what they can't fix is the chrome border around the window. That's ugly on our non metallic car.

Did the dealer used the us configurator? the one for the eu model is really stricted, like the real order options
