However it just sounds like you genuinely want to get rid of the car for other reasons unbeknownst to other members without following these simple alternatives for the time being. You literally said in the first post you have been going back and forth for months trying to sell the car, so this small obstacle of no 91 was essentially the icing on cake and a reason for you to get rid of the car.
