Did you go with a kit setup or piece everything together? I feel like I've mapped out the necessary pieces, however I'm afraid once I get in there there might be a lot of smallish things I don't account for. I wonder if it'd be worth spending a tad bit more on a kit ala JPC.

Yep, have checked them out! Also looking at JPC. Thought about just piecing everything together but again I don't know if once I get in there it'll be a hassle with small stuff.

I went with JPC (Eric Holliday). The converter was right on. Came with everything you need and the brackets are laser cut and powder coated. Very nice kit.
