You can gain from Cat Backs, scavenging from X Pipes win at top end, H pipes for torque low end, less weight and less restriction on the exhaust, better breath ability, and less restrictive the whole way down and the mufflers are straight through including mandrel bent tubing...you can't tell me there's no gains to be had, if you don't agree I will have to break out some physics and equations to show you, depends how stupid you are I guess

I should had got me a legit cat back, instead of MBRP streets.:eyeroll:
I believe he meant the mfg's. well known to produce drone free exhaust are Corsa and Borla. I understand MBRP also produce drone free exhaust systems. I just haven't seen videos/reviews on this system.

I have read people posting gains of 8 to 10 hp from the Corsa exhaust system alone. Combined with JLT CAI and a Lund Tune I saw before/after videos. Gains were from 35 to 41 hp with Corsa, JLT, Lund.

That's impressive! Lund Tune is good from what I hear, I would have gone for it if I was running 93 octane or e85, I'm on 99 Octane though so had to do my own

As others have said, power gains won't be felt so chose what your ears like or what suits your residential constraints. I would rather poo in my hands and clap than have a Corsa Extreme or Borla atak but that's just me.

Stainless Works is a great exhaust that not a lot of people purchase. I'd hate to have everyone running around with my same exhaust but it's a great system that has minimal drone and sounds amazing.

Steer clear of Dronemasters.

So that's how you boys down under do it. Clap with poo in your hands. How novel.

Cat-backs don't add much power, if anything they do provide a decent amount of weight savings over the stock system.

Flowmasters have been dubbed as "chokemasters" in the past on other forum sites I've been on.

I just got the MBRP Street Catback and its a pretty good bang for your buck system. Its definitely loud, and has a nice rumble.
Do the mbrp street drone at 55 mph

ZERO drone at any speed. You will however hear that mild rumble whenever the radio is off.
