Hello. Welcome in the real world. I had to ask more than 3 times to add the PP on my EcoBooster. No response.. I did send him an email, saying that I contacted Ford on twitter.com and he responded really fast saying there was a misunderstanding and he could get the PP on my order with no problem. I should only sign the order where the PP and price was added. Got the paper faxed. Signed it and now everything is fine.
I have mostly been communicating to him via email but I ended up having to call him yesterday and then I cced his manager on the last few emails because he wasn't answering me. I was in a hurry because I was trying to make sure these changes got made before the car go put into any sort of production and changes couldn't be made.
Originally when I first placed my order back in July, I was told that the floor mats had to be ordered with fleet deals.
I never even considered the factor mats. I'm waiting until Weather tech has the digital floor mats available. They tub up on the sides. I'm hoping to also keep the damn Florida sand at bay.
Ugh, Florida sand gets in EVERYTHING. My Mustang hasn't been in Florida since July 2013, but I'm still finding sand scattered here and there despite having had the car vacuumed at least six times since then.
Gotta love the sugar sand. It's such a fine sand that its hard to get out no matter what you do.
