Welcome to the forum. Take a few minutes and search our the I4 section. There are tons and tons of posts with very granular info on these things :D

I have the JLT intake and really like it. It's a bit more expensive than some of the other CAIs on the market, but it's worth it to me. It has an OEM like build, enclosed airbox to seal out engine bay heat, a huge S&B filter (very high quality), is adaptable for future turbo upgrades, and has a BPV cap so you can vent it to atmosphere, if you want.

As far as a throttle body spacer goes, most are of the opinion that they're kind of like snake oil lol. When paired with the intake spacer, Boomba showed some good gains, but again, most think that came from the intake spacer alone. The place where a TB spacer would hold value to me is in the added ports on it. You could use them for additional vacuum sources or even WMI injection ports.

Now, with all of that said, if you're looking to start modding, I'd highly suggest a tune for the car. It's hands-down the best bang for your buck and you won't even think it's the same car.

If you want to go with SCT, I'd highly recommend Unleashed or Freektune.

Justin (Freektune) hasn't really gone full throttle into the market (advertising and such yet), but he's an amazing tuner that's done awesome things in the FoST and Mazda markets and is working on the EBMs right now.

Torrie (Unleashed) has a pretty good amount of people on here using his tunes and they all have really positive things to say about his work and customer service. You really can't go wrong with either choice.

For the EcoBoost, Livernois would be the only way I would go.

Very much so. Search this part of the forum for 'Unleashed' and you'll find a ton of extremely satisfied customers of Torrie's. I'm sure some members running his tune will chime in shortly.
