Finally getting my Mustang

That's right, cars being ordered monday since we went in around closing and forget what was the case, but it's going to be ordered monday

Fully loaded PP EB Convertible, Black with Saddle and since my dad helped me with the down payment, it's an automatic, although since I do lots of work in and around NYC, I can live with it.

So excited to finally have a Mustang, this is gonna be awesome! Just about to read up on the EB threads to see whats what, and debating how long I should stay stock before I do little stuff to it (Catch can, Intercooler, Exhausts, exterior, etc.)

I'll definitely take pictures and give my thoughts once it arrives, but for now, just wanted to say, I'm moved up from admirer to owner :cheers:

I can already see it now, the UPS and Fedex trucks arriving while the car is being built and my dad already yelling at me for wanting to tune it, not realizing that some stuff (Catch can for example) is preventive maintenance, while explaining that the other stuff is hopefully not gonna void the warranty

So, I'll check it anyway, but might as well ask, is there any meets this summer?

Guess I gotta remake my fb so I can keep updated on any Philly meets (shouldn't be too far for me)

The EB section is fun, although the blue smoke thread has me worried already, gonna have to really read it to see what preventive measures I can take (skimmed through it hoping it was already resolved)

And I'm excited as well, figure between selling my A4 and asking my boss (dad, family business) for extra hours and tasks, I can afford the Monthly, a few mods and still be comfortable

Already got my mom trying to sway my decision still with 370z's and stuff since I made the mistake of asking out loud if my sisters bf could fit in the back seats while she would be in the front as I took them for a ride, arguing the back row is useless. It could be useful if done right, but except for this rare occasions, its just gonna be me and whatever girl the car draws in, since my old Boxster and H3 got me solid gf's at the time

At the very least, I'll have the car my family will want once they all drive it (other than my dad pushing the manual gt vert I test drove, he never drove a new one. I know I'll have to sleep with the key once I get it )
