For about $200 you ca buy the vinyl and tools needed to do your own stripes. Make then as wide or narrow as you like. It's not hard, just get the car super clean and take your time, oh and don't forget to measure 3 times.

Several of us were attending an event in Eureka Springs, AR. The red car arrived when the blue car and mine were already parked next to each other (which was not planned). As soon as I saw him the idea popped into my head, so I motioned him over to park there for the pic.

I like red pin stripes in the tradition of the 350R. It can add a little pop to pretty much any stripe design. It's also easily installed and removed and costs very little. Here they are on a Heritage GT350 and a PP1 Convertible...

I don't know which stripe kit I have on mine (bought it used, stripes were already on it). To me, the narrower stripes with pinstripes is the absolute best look on the S550. I wouldn't have mine any other way!

I have been waxing over them for years. They look like new still.

Considering gloss white stripes on my rapid red ecoboost. Are yours also gloss that you are waxing them? I know they don't recommend waxing matte finish stripes. What type of wax do you use?

Yes. Gloss vinyl. Any wax works.
