Fan#3 40 amp fuse keeps blowing

I have a 2015 mustang GT and it is overheating while in stop and go traffic. Iv checked the relays they seem fine but I did find the fan#3 fuse was blown so I changed it the car did run cooler for about 3 days then it blew the fuse again any ideas of what could be happening ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You changed the fuse is that what you just wrote, and it blew again........

Troubleshooting steps to shot gun, or cherry pick the problem.

Change the relay first, if the contacts are burnt or pitted. Will take out a fuse .
Then the fan if the problem continues.
