Experiencing some DTC’s and need some help!!

So for starters I recently took my car in to be serviced (the only code that showed up when I dropped it off was p0025 and a couple misfire codes) when I got the car back the codes now are p0302,p0301,p0305,p303,p0369, and p0365 i checked my spark plugs and coils and they were good, replaced the bank 1 sensor 1 camshaft position sensor, cleared codes and the codes still came back.

below are the images of the invoice I received. The vct solenoid replacement makes me think i need a crank relearn procedure but i want to hear everyone else’s thoughts before i jump the gun and spend $400 on a sct device and have it not work. Car drives much better but has a solid CEL and sometimes the car will have a rough idle and small ticking sound coming from the right side of the engine along with a flashing CEL but it’ll go away after 10 or so seconds—————- I’ll also like to add my throttle doesn’t seem responsive like when i put my foot on the throttle it just doesn’t seem responsive, idk if it’s the 10r80 being at the highest gear so RPM’s stay low but id like to point that Out as well. Well that’s about all I have to say with the situation, I’d hate to take it back up to the dealership (3rd party not a ford) for service as they had my car for 2 months and I want to know if it’s something I can do by myself, thanks in advance everyone

you paid $6500 and got the car back in much worse state than before the drop off? send it back to them and TELL them to fix that shit. Could've gotten an engine rebuild for that kind of money.

$150 for "labor"?
For a potentially easy fix you could check if everything's connected properly and no wiring is damaged.

When I replaced the sensor, it was plugged it good and the wires showed no damage like corrosion, obviously that’s that’s face level and I didn’t dig deep enough to fully see if there’s any damage

Holy shit they really fired the parts cannon huh? All that exhaust work for what?
I’m leaning towards either a wiring issue due to rodent damage/corrosion possibly not near the VCT solenoids or something is up with a cam phaser. Check the ECU connection too.

Might be a dumb question to ask but to check the wiring near the solenoids do I need to take the valve covers off? And how do I check the cam phaser? Same thing I mentioned before?

If you're seeing a flashing CEL I would stop driving it until that's resolved
