Just done the same today.
Ordered Roush axle backs and having them supplied and fitted by GT101.

why the axle back only and not cat-back?

from what I've seen on CJ's the axle back requires some cutting of the original exhaust system...?

Yes it needs cutting, don't think they do a catback though.

Cost, I just want an extra bit of sound and cannot see the point in paying a grand or so when an axle back is half the price. Cutting the original exhaust just does not phase me at all.

Just make sure you're not drunk when you do it, next door could be a little cheesed when they wake up to a car minus the back ends. :rant:

I have heard you can get away without paying such high duty by mislabelling the boxes? I'm guessing there is no way to reduce the damage

Well I just found out that CJPony has refunded me £114 so it sounds like I did pay to much, full credit to them for doing that as they could've just kept stum and made some extra pennies out of me.

Well i'm a tad shocked, just tracked the exhaust which I order yesterday and it's already in the UK, guess i'll get it tomorrow......bloody hell talk about quick.

Yes a bit shocked I have to say, i'm sure it's a mistake but that's what the tracking is showing, i'll bell them tomorrow as I have to pay the duty thing so i'll let you know if it's true and it is here. Shame UPS can't post our cars but then we'd not have a talking point and the forum would be very boring with no ups and downs.

Well it's true, it's arriving today, for anyone interested I had to pay duty which came to £278.82
