Does anyone know if you get another email once you're car gets put on a boat? Is that how you can track where its at?

Thanks ive tried before and its asking me all these customer codes etc. Is there anywhere just to plug in the VIN?

On the track and trace page - plug your vin into the far right hand box on top line

I got the "Your car has been loaded on the ship" email when the car was already sitting at port of Melbourne :clap2:

As said above, its best to just use your vin on the shipping companies website.

Apart from a single phone call back in November sometime (and all the promises that the lovely lady made!!!), I have not had any contact from Ford. I have only contacted my dealer once and that was to obtain my VIN. I don't believe they have my e-mail address (or a correct address anyway). I think I actually prefer not to have any communication from Ford as it almost always appears incorrect or out of date and would have made me more frustrated. I have found Mustang 6G forum to be a wealth of information and have been able to track my car from the time I obtained the VIN. With my car on the Endurance, I can sit now back and wait until it arrives here on the 3rd March knowing that I should have it in my hands by roughly mid March.
It's only now starting to feel real and I can let the excitement start to build.

How long did it take from getting the VIN to the 3rd March? I get mine in May (VIN) so I'm wondering what the time lag is.

Evening all,

Just chiming in- today I finally received my VIN and have forwarded it onto Deysha. For the record I placed my order on 31/03/15 (Metro Ford Brisbane) and was 'ballparked' a delivery around May '16. Ford Australia suggest a late March build has been scheduled so I'm thinking because of the hold up with current orders I might not have the keys until much later than the May ETA but that's okay.
I totally understand the frustrations for those folks here that have been waiting for so long,let's hope things begin moving soon.
Meanwhile, I'm pretty patient and don't mind the wait. Besides I really enjoy reading through the posts of new owners and pics.
Congrats to my fellow 'inductees' who've also just received their VINs and for those waiting with 'much baited breath' hang in there folks, it'll be worth it in the end.
