Did you get the first email in September 2015 or earlier . I got my first email in September and just received VIN last week with segmentation date 08/02/2016 which is next week hopefully will get email from ford soon

Got the, your mustang is built email ont the Dec 5, car is still sitting on the dock in Baltimore waiting for a ship. Very very frustrating time. Hope you have plenty of patience, mine is wearing a little thin.

Yes the wait has almost got me completely over it. Its the asking from friends that gets me - wheres your Mustang etc. If I had not had a drive the other day I might have lost interest altogether.

Correct got the first email on 1st Sept. And today got the second email. Not sure if it makes a difference but i did contact ford on Facebook recently.

Apart from a single phone call back in November sometime (and all the promises that the lovely lady made!!!), I have not had any contact from Ford. I have only contacted my dealer once and that was to obtain my VIN. I don't believe they have my e-mail address (or a correct address anyway). I think I actually prefer not to have any communication from Ford as it almost always appears incorrect or out of date and would have made me more frustrated. I have found Mustang 6G forum to be a wealth of information and have been able to track my car from the time I obtained the VIN. With my car on the Endurance, I can sit now back and wait until it arrives here on the 3rd March knowing that I should have it in my hands by roughly mid March.
It's only now starting to feel real and I can let the excitement start to build.

Heh, I'm still waiting for the "it's yours email". Given that my NSC number indicates a March 2016 build I somehow don't think that email is coming. Let's hope I get a VIN soon at least.

Just received a different email today

Hi Jason, thanks for your patience. We were initially advised that we hoped to have your vehicle built in February. However as the build date becomes closer and clearer, we have a revised build date of the first week of March. As such we hope to have a VIN for your very soon. If you would like to message us again in three or four weeks we are happy to check for you again.
As for your sales concern with Territory, we must admit we are disappointed to hear this, as this is not a sales experience that is usual for our customers. If you would like us to look into this further, please feel free to provide the name of the Dealership. Many thanks, FordService^CZ

Does anyone know if you get another email once you're car gets put on a boat? Is that how you can track where its at?
