Ever get dealer to match other regional incentives

Too bad I do not live in South Florida (Palm Beaches) where the incentive is $1500, plus additional $1000 on trade.

Here in SE Pennsylvania, the incentive is $1000 (down $500 from the recent car show).

Anyone ever ask the dealer of Ford to give/match the same rebate/incentive from another region?

Regional promos are a stretch, especially with how far you are from Florida. Pensacola (my area) has the $1k trade in assistance too...if my car ever gets here (FML) I'm going to take advantage of that. They appraised my 00 3.8 Mustang for $780 trade but with that cash incentive it's $1,780, which is about the private party value.
