Any luck in regards of the chassis number?
Curious to find out if our cars will be on the same vessel....

This is weird since you ordered long before some of us. The first dealer I visited also said Jan/Feb 2016! I was like ok never-mind, so I visited another dealer and had an estimate of Sept/Oct that I was alright with. But now it seems the Pony will arrive in June/July already.

Anyway since your car is in production they indeed don't see the full VIN in their system but they do have the last 11 digits. So ask for these digits and add the missing ones yourself to get your VIN.

As notes mentioned your dealer has the info if they passed your order on in the US system (what they normally should have done in March) resulting in an april "order process" in the US Cotus system.

If somebody else ordered through Permeke we could dig up their dealer ID and you might get more info on your car without 'chassisnumber'.

But, don't believe they don't have a number, I think it's a matter of checking VISTA....

A few things that puzzles me...

Since we revealed the gray areas in the window stickers, I think dealers entered orders in March, then importer of the country (e.g. Ford Motor Co. Belgium) has forwarded these orders in April. That's why we have 27/04 in Cotus.
But now I'm wondering who's responsible for QC issues that might appear? Dealer, Importer or Ford USA? In-case a car shows up with the alignment issues it's definitely not the dealers fault nor the importer, but getting it fixed might be a whole other story.
What do you guy's think? Big QC at the dealer before you pay and drive away? In the worst scenario have things fixed first if possible at all, as some issues are impossible to fix...
