Hi, I am about to purchase G3 for my Mustang GT 2021 Automatic. Currently running e85 Lund tune and have full exhaust with LTH. Other thing stock. Did the dyno and got 484 WHP and 438 LbFt torque. Planning to stay with E85 Lund tune.
1. How much power do I expect from G3 supercharger?
2. What option should I choose for pulley diameter, fuel injector, etc?
3. What other mods do I need for maximum power? (intake manifold? throttle body?)
4. Also, have 20x9.5 wheels (all 4) with 275 35 20 Michelin PS4S. Do you recommend changing this setup for a new supercharger install? Thank you

1. The G3 with standard impeller can make upwards 900-950 rwhp

2. That depends on how much power you want to have, but to run E85 MOST tuners will require a complete fuel system. Injectors and a return style fuel system. I would do ID 1050 injectors and FORE fuel system.

3. Most stick with the stock manifold, but I run the GT350 and it seems to provide more power and a higher rpm than the stock one. I'd also make sure to do a complete full 3" exhaust.

4. You'll definitely need to upgrade to tires, I run a 20x11 305 35 30 nitto r2 and it holds pretty well 50 mph up. (I make around 800 rwhp). Street tire on that power is useless pretty much.

Thank you Brad
I think I will just do 93 tune with Lund because season is almost over. I will probably do e85 and fore fuel system next season.
For now regardless of e85, what do I need? eventually I want 800-900 hp with e85 (next year). For now with 93octane Lund tune 600-700 is enough. What injector and do I still need a BAP or fuel pump? Any other things I need from other website? If I do need a BAP what is the best option?

May wanna look over the MASSIVE "ESS Tuning" thread on this forum and transfer this post over there if your questions don't get answers here. Also if you're on FB, join the "ESS Tuning for Mustangs" group over there. Some of the ESS employees stay pretty active there... as well as Brad who answered you above.
