Not flimsy at all, you won't twist it by hand, that factory bushing is the bad actor.

Much appreciated! The steeda bracket always looked more robust but now it just seems overkill.

Much appreciated! The steeda bracket always looked more robust but now it just seems overkill.
It is, the real fix is replacing the bushing. I ran that for a year and got lucky, finding the BlowFish .

Nice, the blowfish is hard to find. I've wanted to make a copy at my work, we do sheet metal fab so if I had the dimensions we could sell this to people lol.

That thing is 1/4, I wound up with 2, trans brackets and one shifter clamp.


So I made it.

Sorry not following the question, the clamp goes on the backside of the factory shifter. The picture was before the pins were installed.
