Electric fan whining

So I replaced the electric fans with a brand new assembly from Tasca, due to the old ones screaming like a banshee. well the new ones, not even installed for a week are already doing the same thing, but now its hit a miss, whining at random times... Anyone else have fans being that loud?

Mine just started being really loud recently. It's been fairly warm here lately though. Also my A/C stopped working - not sure if it is related. Don't have time to get it to the dealer until about two weeks from now. Going on vacation - fishing with the boys.
