I'd highly recommend the BMR Performance Springs. SP080. These pair very well with the PP shocks.

Yes, you can put on Sportlines with the stock dampers. I ran my Sportlines with the stock dampers for a while, though i did eventually switch them out for the Ford Racing shocks and struts. The Sportlines are great--they offer the best looking drop on these cars, IMO, and have a great ride quality, too. Just make sure you get an alignment afterwards, and make sure a competent shop or dealer does it for you. You can get it very close to factory specs without CC plates or camber bolts.

I just went from pro kit to sportlines and had my alignment done. Its back in specs with no other parts.
