Ecoboost Premium Track Apps - Grayed Out

My '18 EB Premium has track apps grayed out on the menu screen. There isn't much around the internet about this, just a few people complaining about it with no solutions.

Saw some stuff about a break-in period, needing an ECU reflash, or myKey issue.

Car just hit 1k and both keys I got from the dealer are "admin" keys.

Wondering if anyone here has had or knows anyone who had this issue, I was stoked for these track apps!

I'm working with the dealer directly right now, but it isn't looking like anyone has any idea why it's set like that.

Could it have a rental "tune" or something?

My 2018 EB Prem. w/PP has 2k on it now and Track Apps was never grayed out, not even when it had 25mi on it when I took delivery of the car.

It has to be a setting or key fob issue with your vehicle that the Dealer should be able to fix.

Hoping the dealer can handle it quick without having to hold the car.

Nobody at the two dealers I've called has any idea what to do... Definitely would like if it's just a quick computer issue, just wish there was one other success story out there.

In case anybody sees this thread, the solution is to disable "Distance Indication" and "Lane Keep Assist".

"Distance Indication" is under Driver Assist > Pre-Collision Assist.

With these two options off, Track Apps enabled itself.

I didn t find where to disable lane keeping assist . It s where the flashers are
