Does anyone have any pics they can share especially with the PP of a square 275 setup?

This is with the stock wheels obviously and stock size tires (255) but with 1" spacers lowered on Steeda Progressives. You can get 275s on the wheel but it's going to bulge a bit. If you stay with the stock wheels, they're going to be tucked without spacers.

Nice setup man. I never plan to do springs and my thought with going to a 275 was to give the car a little wider and aggressive stance. Would that difference be significant for it to bulge though? I felt like 265 didn't make sense either.

Dws06.......

Below is the stock PP wheels on 255's with 25mm spacers all around. Stock suspension. Might be your best bet if you want to keep the stock wheels. Sorry Paul.....

I needed new tires, so I just got a whole new setup.

Like I said, you can put 275s on the stock 9" wheel but I don't think it's going to do what you want. It will be a little worse for handling too. Personally if you aren't going to lower it, I think you're better off leaving it all as is.

If you lower it without getting a more aggressive offset, the wheels look too tucked, especially in the front. If you just put spacers on or get wheels with a more aggressive offset, it makes the wheel gap look worse. Of course those are all my opinions. ;)

Appreciate the insight, and I'm not a pro with the detailed specifics of wheels/tires either. Also, it helps knowing how some setups will look. Literally all I need is tires - wheels will stay and no plans for springs. Why would the handling be worse though?

I'm certainly not an expert on it either, just a lot of years listening to others. My understanding is that when the tire is too wide for the wheel, that stretching causes instability, it can leave a floaty feeling on turns. Maybe someone that knows more can chime in?

Guess no one could chime in. I'm going to go with it and get 275s all around.
They fit but just to double check there's no rubbing on the front at all with turning?
