So how quick is your car at the dragstrip?
Haven't taken it yet, I'm going to Famoso in bakersfield this December 12th for the red list series.

I'll post my time in the 1/4 mile thread when I go.

Wait so is there that much of a difference between the dyno jet and the other? I mean thats like 30 hp difference

Nice numbers. I already did a Lund 93 tune with JLT CAI and Corsa cat backs. Did the Lund/JLT first and had to wait two weeks for the Corsa exhaust. Doing things incrementally I felt a significant difference after the tune. And the Corsas gave me the sound I wanted. If I put Kooks long tube headers on my GT would I notice any significant difference in performance? I have been contemplating pulling the trigger and would appreciate feed back.

Yes. You could easily see a 30rwhp difference between a Dynojet and for instance a Mustang Dyno. Hell, you could see a 10rwhp difference simply between two different Dynojets.

LT's will enhance other mods you do. If you go catless there is weight reduction. Plus the sound is incredible. Performance gains might not be what everyone expects. Yes there are gains. Like this tread is about dyno numbers. Dyno's are only a tool used to measure hp/tq through a rpm range. I started at 350/319 and now am at 405/373. Same dyno different days but significant gains. I would do LT's in a heartbeat all over again.

I think you'll only get a 10 whp give or take going lt over catless

Thanks for the input. I guess overall I was curious about HP gains with LT's and a tune/CAI. I definitely noticed a difference with the JLT CAI and Lund tune. Would headers yield about the same results enhancing the CAI and tune?

What area and date and time was this dyno? do you have a printout or pic of the time? I am curious on the density altitude during the run. and yes removal of the Cats is what increases your power not really the LT themselves. The Cats are the biggest restriction on basically any modern car. you will always free up power gutting or removing them.
