DTC's After Stage 2 PowerPack Install

Hello all, i am having some issues with my 2015 that I recently put the power pack 2 on. After install and the tune I had an issue with the pcm that caused the #2 cylinder coil on plug to melt. I sent the pcm out and had it repaired. Upon return of the pcm and reloading the tune, I now have the following codes
P2019 Intake manifold sensor bank 2
P2014 Intake manifold sensor bank 1
P0523 intake oil pressure sensor High voltage
P0522 intake oil pressure sensor Low voltage
P0206 Injector Circuit / Open - Cylinder 6

Can anyone point me to a direction to start this troubleshooting? Bad ground maybe, what harness or connectors to start looking at and testing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you install it yourself or have a dealer install it? The reason most go this route is for warranty purposes although yours being a 2015 that ship has sailed.
