I accomplished this today. Get in the back seat and look up vertically right in the middle you can see the mic. Now pull down on the overhead covering (headliner). It's held on with magnets. Once you pull it down you'll be able to see the back of the mic. About two inches forward of the mic you'll see a connector glued on to the covering. On the right of this connector is a small tab that needs to be pushed down hard. I used a tiny screwdriver to push on the tab. Then pull the connector on the right side and this should disconnect the mic. Push up the headline and craw out of the back seat being careful the screwdriver doesn't get lodged into the leather. Also, is there any way to turn off the "engine" noise that is played over the speakers on the Ecoboost?
