DRL Switchback lighting!!

Hey guys recently bought diode dynamics switchback lights for the drl and turn signals. I was wondering do these stay on without the headlights on and without the parking lights being activated? I mean can I keep these in auto mode and have the clear white drl turn signal lights still on? My wife said they weren't on when backing up with the lights in auto or off mode. Or is it only on when parking lights or headlights are on? Thanks guys!!

On the website it states that they should light up a bright white when headlights are off, a dimmer white when headlights are on, and an amber when a turn signal is used.

The white LEDs turn on as your parking lights and DRLs, with a dimmed power level at night. Anytime you hit your turn signal, the white shuts off, and they light up in bright amber to indicate signaling, in a sequential order, just like the factory taillights!

Doggiebit, I am referring to the lights above the fog lights, sorry I wasn't to clear on that, forgot the others were considered drls also.

The lights above the fogs are turn signal and parking lights. They are not DRLs.

I got ya, thanks for clarifying man. I wonder if there is a harness I can get to have them work with the gills in the headlights?
