anyone else notice a difference in power, i can . in drive 6th gear a 1/8 to 1/4 push of throttle will get to about 7 pounds of boost vs about 12 pounds in sport mode. it make more boost faster in sport mode and doesnt seem to fall flat at high rpm

If the car is stock, all that sport mode does is advance (amplify) your request. For example you request 20% throttle, the car in sport mode will advance that request to 35%. That is just an example, not actual data. Sport mode is made to make the car feel more responsive. With our custom tuning, drive mode is actually quicker and faster. Sport mode will give you better throttle mapping which equates to better MPG's!

My wife's Mazda 6 has a shiftable automatic, it gets better highway mpg by manually putting in 6th. Keeps the trans from downshifting with small throttle increases. I am still on my first tank of gas with my EBM, I use sport mode on the freeway for the same thing. Averaging about 30 to 33 on 87 oct. Fuel. Much better than the Mark Viii I traded in that got 22mpg while requiring premium.

From what I'm reading sport mode shifts higher too no? I just did a couple dig pulls in sport and it shifted right at 7k
