Hey guys im a new to this. Question im getting 17x10 wheels for strip. my car is manual 3.73s which tire would be best for me. I heard that bias ply tires are best for manuals since they absorb alot of shot form the drive train. Please provide link to the tires if possible.

You are absolutely correct, you'll want a bias ply for a manual.
I'm running 11.5x28 17". 5k sidesteps, factory drivetrain, no issues so far.
Having said that, the car is dead hooking at 14psi, I suggest trying a little more pressure.
