Double Stick pads on S550 GT Heat Extractor mounts

I removed my stock heat extractor vents and installed the Roush ones. That was a mistake. The Roush ones don't sit flat so one corner pops up. They must have known about this since there was a small strip of double sided tape that was supposed to hold it down.. it doesn't. So I am going to put my stock ones back on. Each extractor has two square pads with double stick tape. that sticks against the hood panel. Do any of you know of a Ford Part #, or a source for these?? Thank you

Hit up Autozone or Advance Auto and get some 3M trim tape. Gray adhesive with red release film on it and it will work great for your needs.
